Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) has launched a new range of premium wines in partnership with Candle Media’s Hello Sunshine – a multi-channel, women-centric media company founded by Reese Witherspoon.

Drop of Sunshine will debut at Hello Sunshine’s second annual Shine Away event in Los Angeles this weekend, on October 5. The range will be launched in the US with three varietals, a Brut Sparkling Rosé, Chardonnay, and Red Blend. In Australia, it will include a Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio.

The wines were crafted to be approachable and versatile options that can be enjoyed with or without food. The Drop of Sunshine bottles are minimalistic and designed sustainably with screw caps on still wines and no foil on sparkling.

President of the Bold Brands business unit of Treasury Americas, a division of TWE, Sarah Bakx, said the Treasury Wines team was honoured to work alongside Hello Sunshine to elevate women’s voices and ensure our stories are heard.

“Wine is all about connection and is a fantastic platform for sharing special moments and storytelling,” said Bakx.

“Our female-led Drop of Sunshine team collaborated with Hello Sunshine to create a line of engaging and vibrant wines that tell a story about the journeys that shape who we are and celebrate the drops of joy we feel along the way.”

After recognising an opportunity for an authentic, female-focused wine brand, the women-led TWE team found the ultimate partner in Hello Sunshine.

Hello Sunshine and Candle Studios CEO, Sarah Harden, said the organisation partnered with Treasury Wine Estates’ award-winning winemakers and global team to create a wine that brings women together so they can share their stories and create meaningful connections.

“Drop of Sunshine is the result of a true collaboration, created with care to inspire bright moments of celebration and togetherness,” said Harden.
