Global nature-based ingredients company CP Kelco is excited to be launching NUTRAVA Citrus Fiber to the Australian market at the upcoming foodpro 2023 in Melbourne on 23-26 July.

Upcycled from citrus peels, a by-product of the juicing industry, NUTRAVA Citrus Fiber is a sustainably sourced fibre ingredient developed to meet formulators needs.

With shortages and rising prices impacting supplies, NUTRAVA Citrus Fiber supports the replacement or reduction of starch, egg, butter, and xanthan gum in formulations.

It also helps to extend tomato solids and fruit pulp in fruit applications for potential cost savings.

NUTRAVA Citrus Fiber highlights:

  • Supports dietary fibre intake;
  • supports reduced-fat and reduced-sugar formulations;
  • supports gluten-free formulations;
  • supports water-binding, texturizing and stabilisation;
  • suitable for vegan formulations; and
  • compatible with standard manufacturing processes.

Join CP Kelco on Tuesday, 25 July at 1:30pm on the Product Innovation Stage for a 30-minute session on NUTRAVA Citrus Fiber.
