The expo floor is sold out, panels and education timetables finalised, and sensory experiences set up. After seven long years, foodpro is back and gearing up to be an incredible show.

Kicking off from this Sunday at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and running until Wednesday, 26 July – come and visit the Food & Drink Business team at stand H49. Our podcast studio will be live streaming every day (broadcast live on YouTube and posted directed to LinkedIn), so if you’re up for a chat, please drop by.

Foodpro product manager Felicity Parker said: “We have more than 400 exhibitors this year and with a wide range of exciting new features, there are endless opportunities to explore new industry products and insights. Plus, visitors will have ample opportunity to network and enjoy the show floor.”

Food & Drink Business will also be compiling its daily ‘foodpro files’, capturing our conversations with exhibitors and visitors from the show floor, providing an almost real-time news feed on product trends, innovation, and insights from industry leaders.

Parker said one area she is particularly excited by is Sensory Experience, giving exhibitors a new way to share their products and visitors to explore what’s new.

“Visitors will be able to taste, touch, see, and hear the latest insights, ingredients, and innovations in food manufacturing. We know the area will leave people feeling enthused, inspired, and ready to bring new product ideas to life,” said Parker.
