Food & Drink Business hit the day running with the doors opening on foodpro 2023 at 11am yesterday, 23 July.

Our Food & Drink Business foodpro podcast hub went live with editor Kim Berry and publisher Lindy Hughson welcoming viewers to the podcast’s YouTube live stream, running interviews as they’re recorded throughout the week. For those who missed the live stream, head to Food & Drink’s LinkedIn page to watch.

Kim Berry was joined by foodpro event manager Felicity Parker, who was thrilled to see the show open after a six-year forced hiatus due to Covid.

“It’s also our first show in Melbourne in nine years so it is wonderful to be back and to see the incredible stand displays, particularly the large processing equipment companies like Vemag, CSB-System, and Marel,” Parker said.

Tim McLean from TXM Lean Solutions joined Kim at the desk to talk about its theme for the show, “Do more for less”.  Tim shared insights from more than 20 years’ experience working with companies on how to empower frontline staff and create productive workplaces people want to be.
