Archie Rose Distilling Co. has released its latest gin from the Tailored Creator Series, collaborating with renowned Sydney florist, September Studio, to blend botanicals inspired by the vibrant florals found in its arrangements.

Archie Rose x September Gin is a Tailored gin blend created as a ‘flower shop’ tribute by September Studio founder, Bryce Heyworth and the Archie Rose team. It delivers a celebration of native thyme, peach, strawberry, and notes of bright citrus.

With a shared passion for Australian flora and native botanicals, Heyworth worked with the Archie Rose blending team to create a botanical ‘flower shop’ gin blend that echoes the vibrant colour and perfume of September Studio’s dramatic floral arrangements.

Together they chose a selection of Australian-led blend of botanicals and fruits, landing on an ultra-fragrant mix of strawberry gum, lemon myrtle, native thyme, peach and mandarin.

“The process of creating the September Gin was really like a distillation of our flower shop, with the flavour profile that we created reflecting seven of the botanicals we use within our arrangements in store,” said Heyworth.

“I started by building from ingredients that I like, then worked with colours and shapes and textures to create a final product. I really wanted to make a product where people could get a taste of September Studio through this gin.”

Those who purchase from this first release of bottles produced will have a choice between one of three bespoke labels by James Drinkwater. Inspired by the stunning floral art of September Studio, these labels reflect the vibrant botanicals and spirit behind this collaboration.

Archie Rose September Gin is available exclusively via the Archie Rose website, at archierose.com.au/september-gin, for RRP $99.00.
