Belvedere has launched a new, ultra-rare vodka in Australia, crafted from the single harvest of one rye field.

After its success in selected European hotspots from last June, Belvedere 10, the newest Belvedere vodka, has been launched in Australia.

Belvedere 10 is inspired by the vodka making process used in 1910 when the Belvedere distillery was first established.

The recipe has been remastered for a new generation, in a quest for perfection that has led Belvedere’s expert’s distillers to specify the very best ingredients, conditions, and production.

Belvedere 10 is crafted from a single harvest of organic Diamond Rye, a select baker's grade grain, grown in a single field on an estate in north-east Poland. Crafted annually in small batches, the spirit is distilled four times, and rested for ten months to create a smooth feel.

Belvedere Vodka president and CEO, Francois Xavier Desplancke, said that Belvedere 10 combines taste, vision, and mastery in a flawless performance.

“Capturing the unedited, uncompromising mood of modern culture, Belvedere 10 and its stunning bottle are simplistic in its purity, yet architecturally magnificent.”

“From field to bottle, the rare organic Diamond Rye shines through every single step behind the creation of this opulent liquid.”

The company describes the liquor as “so smooth it demands to be enjoyed neat or over ice”.

Belvedere 10 is available from 6 May at selected venues that can be viewed with the company’s venue and store directory.

It will also be available from Dan Murphy’s online, and in select stores, for RRP $250.00.
