Dairy Farmers has developed a no added sugar range for its chocolate and strawberry flavoured milks. The remake of the classic flavours has now given the milks a 4.5 Health Star Rating.

The Dairy Farmers Classic No Sugar Added range has 70 per cent of the recommended daily intake for calcium and 16 grams of protein per serve.

Lion Dairy & Drinks marketing and innovation director Darryn Wallace said consumers were looking for great tasting products, without the added sugar.

“The Classic range is especially adored by many Australians and we’re delighted to be able to provide them with an updated version that delivers the familiar flavours and creamy texture they enjoy, with no sugar added,” said Wallace.

“Milk is a staple in households across the nation and we’re extremely fortunate to be able to provide Australians with new products during these unprecedented times.”

Both the chocolate and strawberry no sugar added flavours are now available at selected convenience and petrol stores throughout NSW, QLD, VIC and SA, and at Coles from Monday 4 May.
