South Australian 23rd Street Distillery has launched its latest innovation in preparation for summer – Raspberry & Finger Lime Gin.
Bursting with the sweetness of raspberries and the tangy zest of finger lime, this vibrant gin delivers a balanced drinking experience. Tapping into the growing demand for versatile, flavourful gins, the Raspberry & Finger Lime Gin has a complex profile and fruit-driven character.
Head distiller, Paul Burnett, said the brand loves exploring new possibilities and local ingredients with each release.

Crafted with a mix of traditional methods and modern innovation, the gin’s base is created by vapour-distilling blue juniper berries. This base is then macerated with ripe raspberries and finger limes for three weeks, allowing the fruit’s natural flavours to integrate seamlessly with the gin’s spice. The result is a perfectly balanced spirit with layers of tartness, floral notes, and vibrant zest.
23rd Street Distillery brand manager, Sarah Camerlengo, said the team wanted to create a gin that truly reflects the evolving tastes of modern drinkers.
