Red Rock Deli has teamed up with My Kitchen Rules judge and chef Colin Fassnidge to create the Red Rock Deli Chef Series.

Fassnidge and the Red Rock Deli team worked side by side to bring the Dublin born chef’s three signature dishes into potato chips – Braised Beef Brisket with Caramelised Onion, Crispy Pork Belly with Apple Sauce, and Portuguese Chicken with Lemon and Oregano.

Fassnidge said it wasn’t everyday your own dish could become a potato chip flavour. Using its iCrave Culinary Design Process, the Red Rock Deli team and Fassnidge worked together to develop the flavours.

“Getting in the kitchen with the team was such an incredible experience. The love and passion they have towards the brand shines through in the flavours they create,” said Fassnidge.

PepsiCo ANZ senior brand manager Hind Simhairi said the partnership with Fassnidge was a natural fit.

“His dishes have really delivered three distinct culinary experiences that we’ve been able to capture through new flavours which will take our consumers on an exciting new taste journey with bold, innovative flavours that they would traditionally only experience in a restaurant,” said Simhairi.

The three new flavours are available nationwide for RRP $4.65.
