Supporting Aussie bakery trends

In Australia, the bakery industry is continuously experiencing shifts in consumer trends.

There is a growing demand for healthier options, artisanal products, and sustainable practices – all of which significantly impact producers, pushing them to adapt and innovate more quickly and efficiently to stay competitive within the market.

As a result, producers are looking to advance their production capabilities and flexibility to meet the demands of this dynamic market.

Our aim is to support producers in managing and staying ahead of these trends.

By partnering with leading brands in the bakery sector, we ensure the equipment and technology we supply meet the highest standards and keep pace with industry demands.

Health-conscious consumers are increasingly seeking gluten free, organic, and low sugar products. This shift towards healthier options has led producers to invest in new ingredients and processes that maintain the quality and taste of traditional baked goods while meeting health standards.

Artisanal products, with their emphasis on quality and traditional methods, are also gaining popularity.

Consumers are willing to pay a premium for baked goods that offer unique flavours and are made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.

Sustainability is another critical trend shaping the industry. Consumers are more environmentally conscious than ever, leading to a demand for eco-friendly packaging and production methods.

This trend is pushing producers to adopt sustainable practices, such as reducing waste, using recyclable materials, and implementing energy-efficient technologies.

Expanding capabilities with Somengil

In line with our commitment to broaden the spectrum of applications we offer, we are thrilled to announce our latest partnership with Somengil.

This collaboration was first introduced at IBA 2023 in Munich, Germany, and showcased earlier this year at APPEX 2024 in Melbourne.

The highlight of this partnership is the MultiWasher, an industrial washing machine designed to revolutionise the cleaning process across various applications and industries.

The MultiWasher stands out with its innovative cabinet design, which not only optimises space but also achieves exceptional cleaning results.

This state-of-the-art equipment is a quantifiable example of how we are addressing current industry trends. It directly supports the push for greater efficiency, reduced labour, lower energy and chemical waste, and minimised water usage.

The MultiWasher is designed to remove manual labour and automate the cleaning process, ensuring that it meets the rigorous demands of modern bakeries while supporting sustainability goals.

This equipment is a testament to our dedication to bringing cutting-edge technology to our customers, ensuring they have access to the best tools available to enhance their operations.
