The Ai Group Confectionery Sector’s premier annual event for the Australasian confectionery industry, ConTech 2025, will be held at the MCG on Tuesday 6 May.

ConTech is the key destination for confectionery technicians, and provides an unparalleled opportunity to network with industry participants. It is where technicians become technical experts, and technical experts talk to other industry experts.
