Four Pillars is celebrating eight years of its Christmas Gin, also releasing a feasting range of Christmas treats including the Christmas Gin Pudding, Ham Glaze, and a new Ham Bag.

The spice-laden Christmas Gin 2023 is a tribute to co-founder Cameron Mackenzie’s favourite things: Australia, gin and his late mum, Wilma. Each year, Wilma would use the 1968 Australian Women’s Weekly recipe to make her puddings on Victoria Derby Day, the Saturday before Melbourne Cup, while the rest of the family listened to the races.

This year, to celebrate eight years of Christmas Gin, the 2023 label captures nine distinct Christmassy artworks by Jo White. White’s work is inspired by her nostalgia for past Christmases, all on show on this year’s gin label.

Four Pillars has Christmas wrapped up this year, with a selection of old favourites and new items joining the festivities.

The popular Christmas Gin Puddings have returned, made with gin-steamed oranges and a dash of Christmas Gin. These decadent puddings don't have any alcohol in them, but they are bursting with rich botanical flavours and all things spice. Serve with lashings of custard laced with gin.

Four Pillars has its very own ham glaze using the gin-steamed oranges from the Rare Dry Gin distillation, also releasing a Christmas ham bag, using two artworks from this year’s Christmas Gin label.

Four Pillars Australian Christmas Gin (RRP $100) is available online and in selected bottle shops across Australia.

Four Pillars Christmas Gin Pudding (RRP $30), Ham Glaze ($10) and Ham Bag ($20) are available online and at Four Pillars Gin Shops in Surry Hills and Healesville.
