Reminiscent of marmalade made in the home kitchen, Barker’s of New Zealand has launched a new marmalade creation.

It is the first marmalade by Barker’s to hit Australian shelves, made from a traditional recipe with a twist, featuring grapefruit, lemon and citrus fibres, to create a zesty and mildly bitter marmalade.

Produced in the small town of Geraldine at the foothills of the Southern Alps in New Zealand, The Breakfast Marmalade is gluten-free, and contains no added preservatives, artificial colours or flavours.

The Breakfast Marmalade is available at Coles supermarkets for RRP $5.30.
