Coles Liquor has partnered with Billson’s Beverage Company to add a new flavour to its vodka premix range, Billson’s Vodka with Sour Blueberry, inspired by sour blueberry clouds and sour blueberry straps.

Available now in First Choice Liquor Market, Vintage Cellars and selected Liquorland stores, the new product comes as Billson’s experiences stunning growth across the market.

With over 16 flavours to try, the “Fruit Tangle” is the most popular variety in the range which is leading the growth of other premix favourites in the market.

Coles Liquor general manager of customer loyalty, Mia Lloyd, said Coles Liquor was excited to welcome yet another Billson’s flavour to stores.

"Billson's is experiencing huge popularity with customers over the past twelve months resulting in 60 cans sold every minute over the Christmas period across our First Choice Liquor Market, Vintage Cellars and Liquorland stores.

“Our customers are turning to Billson’s for a hit of nostalgia with flavours such as sarsaparilla, grape, bubblegum and toffee apple,” Lloyd said.

Billson’s director Nathan Cowan said the new flavour is a throwback to the confectionary classics, sour blueberry clouds and sour blueberry straps.

“Inspired by the traditional lolly shop, this flavour offers Aussies a trip down memory lane. Using triple distilled vodka, Billson’s is crafted using pure alpine spring from our well in Beechworth and has been blended using classic sodas made from the best ingredients,” said Nathan.

The wide range of flavours draws on traditional cordial making, and the portfolio includes handcrafted beer, premium gins and liqueurs alongside the popular premixed spirits.

Billson’s Sour Blueberry has a 3.5% alcohol content and is now available at First Choice Liquor Market, Vintage Cellars and selected Liquorland stores from $27 for a 4 pack or $125 for a 24 pack.
