Two new limited edition cakes have landed in Woolworths supermarkets across the country, including a Baked Cheesecake with Lotus Biscoff, whisked up by the Woolworths Bakery team.

The Woolworths Baked Cheesecake with Lotus Biscoff is an homage to the crunchy, caramelised biscuit, and features Lotus Biscoff spread, on a biscuit base, topped with Lotus Biscoff spread and biscuit crumble.

The Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pie features a crunchy, vanilla cookie base with Belgian dark chocolate chunks.

Woolworths Food Company director of fresh, Adam Mourad said Biscoff flavour had become increasingly popular among consumers.

“Biscoff flavour has taken the world by storm, and we wanted to celebrate the flavour in a cheesecake for customers to enjoy. Similarly, cookie pies have been rising in popularity over the past few years and so we’ve created a fun version for families to enjoy,” said Mourad.

The Baked Cheesecake with Lotus Biscoff is available for $22.00 along with the Chocolate Chunk Cookie Pie for $14.00 from Woolworths supermarkets.
