New sourdough crackers from Fine Food Holdings have hit the supermarket deli cracker section, with four new flavours on offer to complement platter of cheese, dips and other toppings.

The latest OB Finest Sourdough Crispbreads come in Natural, Charcoal, Cranberry Infusion and Fig Infusion varieties, made at the company’s recently commissioned manufacturing facility in Melbourne.

Fine Food Holdings sits under the Gourmet Food portfolio of brands, where CEO Todd Wilson said he was delighted with the uptake of the new range by retailers.

“As an Australian manufacturer extensively using Australian ingredients, we wish to continue to maintain our innovative edge and, with this, the position of OB Finest as a national favourite in the deli cracker category,” said Wilson.

“A key contributing factor has been our move to the Dandenong South site in the second half of last year.

“By doubling our previous manufacturing capacity, we are now able to pursue further innovation, together with productivity enhancements, through continued investments in our people and site infrastructure.”

The OB Finest Sourdough Crispbreads are now available in the deli sections at Coles and Woolworths, as well as leading independent retailers and speciality delis.
