Kinder has brought one of its internationally popular ranges – Happy Hippo – to Australian shores. It comes in two varieties: Cocoa and Hazelnut.

The hippo-shaped biscuits are made with a crispy shell, dipped in crunchy meringue sprinkles and feature a creamy filling in either Cocoa or Hazelnut flavours.

Kinder senior brand manager Gina Yuwana said the team was happy to bring the range to local Kinder fans and celebrate the launch of the brand’s first biscuit product in the country

“One of our most popular products around the world, Happy Hippo delivers the signature Kinder taste and quality ingredients in delicious, crispy biscuit form - free from artificial colours or preservatives,” said Yuwana.

“It’s a scrumptious combination and one we’re sure will make a whole lot of Aussie families truly happy as they discover these playful tasty treats.”

Kinder Happy Hippo is available from supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide from 10 May for RRP $1.00 for a single pack, and RRP $4.50 for a pack of five.
