Mars Food & Nutrition Australia's latest Ben's Original range, the 10+ Medley, is a ready-to-heat fibre-rich add-on to meals, made with ten plant-based ingredients.

Ben’s Original brand manager Samantha Ayling said the new 10+ Medley range was designed as a way to add more plant-based ingredients and gut-friendly fibre into diets.

“Consumer interest in gut health is growing as we are increasingly learning about its connection with our overall health. At the same time, we know for many of us it can feel overwhelming to make healthier choices when we’re short on time.

“The Ben’s Original 10+ Medley provides consumers with a simple way to supercharge their meals by adding more plants and more fibre,” said Ayling.

Brand partner and dietitian Rebecca Gawthorne said the pouches were a good source of gut-friendly fibre, wholegrains, and contained no artificial flavours or preservatives.

“When it comes to encouraging people to enjoy healthier food choices, convenience is key. Microwavable, these pouches are good for work lunches, quick weeknight dinners and anyone looking to increase their wholegrain and fibre intake without compromising on flavour,” said Gawthorne.

The Ben’s Original 10+ range is available in three flavours: Medley Mexican Style,
Medley Mediterranean Style and Medley Chinese Style and is available nationwide at Coles, Woolworths, and IGA for RRP $4.50.
