Lakanto has launched a new brown sugar substitute, Brown Lakanto in Australia, offering a molasses-like flavour profile with zero carbs and 93 per cent fewer calories than sugar.

Lakanto Australia GM Leon McIndoe  said, “As our existing range of 1:1 sugar substitutes have had such an incredible reception in Australia, and with the Classic and Golden sugar substitutes already on the market, it made sense to extend the range to deliver a Brown sugar substitute.”

All Lakanto Sweeteners are made up of non-GMO erythritol and Monk Fruit extract, with each granule of erythritol coated evenly in Monk Fruit extract to create the signature Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener.

Lakanto Sweeteners are all-natural, while maintaining consistency in sweetness.

The new brown sweetener is available in three different sizes - 225g, 450g, and a bulk 4kg package. Brown Lakanto and the rest of the Lakanato range is available Coles, Woolworths, independent retailers.
