One of Australia’s oldest grocer family’s, Arthur Brunt Quality Grocer, is celebrating 100 years in business with the launch of its new choc topped waffles.

“The Mrs Brunts R&D team have married rich, dark choc with their traditional light and fluffy fresh egg waffle to make the world’s best snacking waffle – the Mrs Brunts Choc Topped Waffles – alongside the new lamington waffle, a world-first,” said Craig Brunt.

Arthur Brunt Quality Grocer first opened in 1920 and has led the introductions of Old El Paso Mexican Foods, Ocean Spray Cranberry, Krazy Mixed-Up Salt and for 50 years, the Mrs Brunts Waffle range.

The new Choc Topped Waffles can be enjoyed straight from the pack or warm, with ice cream or other toppings.

It is made with fresh eggs, has no artificial colours and has a shelf life of six months.

It is now available in more than 600 stockists nationwide, including IGA and Foodworks, for RRP $5.50.
