Mars Wrigley has launched a new twist on the popular Skittles product in Australia for the first time – Skittles Cloudz.

Skittles Cloudz are soft-sweets that feature an airy texture, maintaining the rainbow of fruity flavours that includes blackcurrant, lemon, orange and strawberry.

Mars Bitesize portfolio director, Michelle Gazzola, said that the company’s customers are not just looking for new flavour experiences, but also new textural ones.

“The introduction of SkittlesCloudz to the Australian market is our first textural variation for the brand which we think will delight both die-hard Skittles fans and general lolly lovers combined.

“The airy, bouncy texture of Skittles Cloudz provides a really unique consumer experience, whilst retaining the iconic Skittles flavours of blackcurrant, lemon, orange and strawberry that our consumers know and love.”

Skittles Cloudz is available exclusively from Coles stores nationwide for the next three months, before rolling out across all grocery and convenience stores for RRP $6.
