French-owned multinational and dairy producer Parmalat has rolled out several new milk launches under the Pauls brand in time for summer.

There are new milk flavours within varieties of Oak Thick, Farmhouse Gold, and the lactose-free Pauls Zymil.

Oak Thick, which has a formulation which allows it to thicken when shaken, has been released in flavours of Death by Chocolate, Vanilla Killa, Choc Mint, and Salted Caramel.

RRP is $3 for a 425ml bottle, with some headspace for bubbles when thick.

Farmhouse Gold has been launched in chocolate and mocha flavours for the warmer months, with an RRP of $3 for the 300ml bottles.

Parmalat has also rolled out its Zymil brand in 400ml bottles, in flavours of chocolate and strawberry.

Both variants have 30 per cent reduced sugar compared with regular flavoured milk.

Zymil’s lactose-free milks feature a special enzyme called lactase, which helps break down the lactose into simple natural sugars so it’s easy to digest in the body.

RRP is $3.50 for a 400ml bottle of Zymil.
