Remedy Drinks has launched its collaboration with chef Ben Shewry: Attica x Remedy, releasing two nostalgic kombucha flavours: Lime Spider and Apple Rhubarb Crumble.

Remedy also appointed Shewry as its official ambassador, aiming to exemplify the ‘artistry behind the beverages’.

Shewry is the mind behind Attica, an acclaimed restaurant with a reputation for innovative cuisine.

Remedy Drinks MD Chris Gillard said “Ben’s passion for quality and creativity aligns seamlessly with our values, making him the perfect partner to help us showcase the craftsmanship behind our drinks.”

CMO Georgie Vile said the partnership had allowed the company to ‘push the boundaries of kombicha’.

“Partnering with Ben has allowed us to create something special. These limited-release flavours showcase our commitment to providing consumers with unique and exceptional beverage experiences,” said Vile.

Remedy Lime Spider and Apple Rhubard Crumble flavours are available at Coles supermarkets, independent grocers, and online through the Remedy Drinks website.
