Michelin-star chef, Curtis Stone, has partnered with Cadbury Australia for the third year in a row, launching a limited-edition Dairy Milk block, Curtis Stone’s Vanilla Key Lime Pie, inspired by the chef’s restaurant menu.

Inspired by Stone’s Key Lime Pie made famous at his popular Los Angeles-based restaurant Gwen, the block is Dairy Milk chocolate covered, with a vanilla and lime flavoured creme, and chocolate biscuit piece inside.

Stone said that he was introduced to the sweet and tangy taste of Key Limes in the United States.

“My customers agree because it became one of their favourites when I started making and selling my Key Lime Pie recipe at my bakery, The Pie Room by Gwen in LA, and it quickly became a customer favourite.”

Previously, Curtis had collaborated with Cadbury to create a Caramel Slice block in 2022, and a Raspberry & Hazelnut Tart block in June 2023.

Coles general manager grocery, Leanne White, said the company was delighted to introduce the new block.

“We are consistently impressed with Curtis’ dedication to creating delicious flavour experiences and are thrilled to provide our customers with a taste of a Michelin-star chef creation that you can’t get anywhere else.”

The Cadbury Dairy Milk Curtis Stone’s Vanilla Key Lime Pie block will be available nationwide from 29 May, exclusively at Coles for RRP $6.00.
