Beak & Johnston has launched a breakfast range through its ready meals brand Pitango.

The new collection includes organic oats in flavours of Three Berry, Apple & Sultana, and Golden Honey.

Building on its soup and risotto range, the breakfast options use home-style cooking methods with fresh, natural ingredients, according to the company.

The porridge options come in a microwaveable pot that serves as a complete breakfast for one, cooked in under three minutes.

Meeting the needs of the on-the-go consumer, the 250g pots are now sold in Coles, Foodland, Drakes and IGA stores nationally with an RRP of $3.99.
