Vegan brioche buns from The Fry Family Food Co will hit Woolworths shelves around the country this week, adding a new element to the plant-based burger meal.

Plant-based options are growing in popularity in Australia, with Euromonitor finding the region as the third-fastest-growing market in the world, growing by $60 million to $215 million in 2020.

“Our brand-new Brioche Burger Buns are fluffy and sweet, and will make the perfect BFF for any of our burgers,” said Fry director Tammy Fry.

“Creating the perfect burger bun to accompany our burgers felt like a wonderfully synergistic innovation. The plant-based burger has been a staple of our product range since we opened our doors 30-years ago but this is the first time we have produced a bakery product.”

The Fry Family Food Co Vegan Brioche Burger Buns comes in packs of four and are exclusively available in Woolworths.
