Seasoned HR expert Mofoluwaso Ilevbare has joined Allied Pinnacle, bringing more than two decades of experience to help architect the future of the flour and bakery manufacturer’s workforce.
Ilevbare's depth of experience and wealth of knowledge in human resources strategy, leadership, culture, diversity and inclusion, and talent development will be valuable in the newly appointed leadership role as head of People and Culture.
She will drive Allied Pinnacle’s people and culture transformation, enabling the business to deliver on its 2026 vision and beyond, the company said.
Having led the people and culture agenda in various roles across Europe, the US, India, Middle East, Australia, and Africa, Ilevbare has more than 20 years of multicultural experience.
She has been recognised as one of the Global Top 100 HR Leaders, Global Top 501 Most Inspiring HR Leaders, Top 100 Leading Ladies Africa, Top 100 Career Women Nigeria, and Corporate Icon of the Year – Women in Africa, while also receiving a commendation letter from the state of Georgia for her commitment to empowering women.

Ilevbare has held senior HR positions across various sectors and categories within the fast-moving consumer goods and retail industries, having worked in companies such as Procter and Gamble and Woolworths Ltd.
As part of the executive team at Allied Pinnacle, she will be responsible for ensuring all functions in the HR portfolio align to the organisation's people and culture strategies and overall business and growth objectives.
