A show focused on Australia’s $16 billion on-premise liquor industry will run from 10-12 September in Melbourne.

It will be re-launched as The Drinks Collective Show, after kicking off last year with the title of The Commercial Drinks Show.

As well as demonstrating new drink offerings, the show will also provide three days of free educational sessions and masterclasses for industry members.

Show ambassadors include Kirrily Waldhorn (beer partner), David Messum (wine curator), Nigel Weisbaum (spirits ambassador), and Mitch Wilson (bar ambassador), who will bring their individual expertise to the show floor.

The Drinks Collective Show will be held at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
