Australia, New Zealand, and Asia are uniquely positioned to meet this demand.”

“As the world demand for protein increases and consumers explore new protein sources, Victorian producers and businesses can capitalise and forge their own path in the alternative protein sector.
“Through the AltProteins Conference, Food Frontier is leading the way when it comes to educating Australians on the opportunities the industry presents, and we are proud to support the conference in 2024,” Jones said.
