Nominations for the 2015 HACCP Awards have been extended until Friday 11 September.

Categories include:

The Ross Peters Award for Excellence in Food Safety intended for any individual who has contributed to the status of food safety in Australia and/or New Zealand.

A Food Safety Training Scholarship which provides opportunity for a young professional with a passion and interest in food safety to develop their career with free training courses in 2016.

Candidates will be reviewed by a panel of food industry judges who will select a shortlist, and for the first time, the food industry will vote on these shortlisted candidates to determine the winner of the awards.

The winners will be announced at Mercure Sydney at the HACCP Conference Cocktail Party and Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 18 November 2015.
