Hill-Smith Family Estates has appointed Jack Glover as its new executive director marketing and sales. Glover will assume responsibility of the collection of Hill-Smith wine brands and drive its global marketing and sales strategies.

Glover joins HSFE after a 20-year career in the wine industry. Most recently, he served as marketing director ANZ with Accolade Wines, where he held previous positions of sales and marketing director New Zealand, and GM New Zealand.

The appointment comes after a decision earlier this year to bring together the sales and marketing teams for its owned wine brands to align with the business’ growth aspirations.

Originating from Marlborough, New Zealand, Glover was one of twelve scholars invited to participate in the 2023 Len Evans Tutorial, and is currently completing his Master of Wine studies. Glover officially joined Hill-Smith Family Estates in December 2023.

Pact has reported a decline in revenue and earnings for the first five months of FY26, citing subdued market demand, as chair Raphael Geminder pursues settlement of the long-running TIC earn-out dispute.
