Peter’s Ice Cream and Arnott’s have joined forces to roll out a range of frozen desserts featuring some of Australia's old school biscuits.

Mint Slice and Wagon Wheels now come in an ice-cream sandwich format, while Caramel Crowns and Iced Vovo are sold in tubs.

In a statement, Peter’s head of marketing Alicia Munday said the new range would be a taste of nostalgia for consumers.

“We know food evokes a strong sense of memory, and most of us grew up with our favourites in the Arnott’s biscuits range,” she said.

“We hope these four flavours bring back some classic moments as well as spark some friendly competition between the flavours.’’

In February, Arnott’s joined forces with Messina Gelato to create four Tim Tam flavours that tasted like Messina Gelato.

It also made Mint Slice Cornetto and Tim Tam ice cream with Streets until the partnership went sour last year.

Consolidation at the top, restructuring in the middle, and bold innovation at the edges have reshaped the industry’s horizons. At the same time, regulators, brand owners and recyclers have inched closer to a new circular operating model, even as policy clarity remains elusive.

Pact has reported a decline in revenue and earnings for the first five months of FY26, citing subdued market demand, as chair Raphael Geminder pursues settlement of the long-running TIC earn-out dispute.
