It has been 20 years since SPC was listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) but this week returned as SPC Global (ASX: SPG) following its merger with The Original Juice Company (OJC) and Nature One Dairy (NOD).

SPC Global chair, Hussein Rifai, and managing director Robert Iervasi rang the bell to open trading on Tuesday (17 December) and was trading at around $1.40, giving it a sharemarket capitalisation of roughly $270 million. In November, it raised $2.4 million of new capital at $1.50 a share.

The new company will have an annual revenue of $400 million in FY25.

SPC Global has also acquired Natural Ingredients, a leading supplier of frozen fruits, vegetables, purees, juices, dried fruit, and Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) products.

“The merger has significantly enhanced the company’s scale and unlocks domestic and international growth opportunities, positioning SPC Global as a key player in the food and beverage sector,” the company said.
