Tribe Breweries has welcomed the Elsie Cameron Foundation as its major shareholder and Heath Baker as its CEO, who will manage corporate operations as the company transitions out of voluntary administration and resumes projects in its brewery in Goulburn.

Baker, who joined the Tribe Breweries team earlier this year, brings over twenty-five years of corporate drinks and brewery experience across major brands, including Coca-Cola Europacific Partners as its head of international alcohol.

Exiting voluntary administration in late May, Tribe Breweries has now been able to successfully restructure its financial position and has set a new path forward for its organisation and the key brands it produces, including Stockade, Mornington Peninsula Brewery and Wilde Gluten Free.

Tribe Breweries says Partner Brewing will still continue to be the driving force behind its revitalisation, with a focus on creativity, innovation and supporting the local Goulburn community.

Baker said that despite voluntary administration, the company maintained supply to all of its customers throughout the process.

“Now with the business on renewed footing, this enables us to provide more certainty for our employees, customers and suppliers.

“We are excited to be able to refocus on our long-term growth and efficiency plans and move forward with our team, suppliers and customers from our Goulburn Brewery,” said Baker.
