Premium UK 'bean to bar' chocolate maker, Willie's Cacao, will be launching exclusively in Coles in October.

UK artisan chocolatier, Willie Harcourt-Cooze, founded the company 20 years ago after he bought a 1000 acre cacao farm in the rainforests of Venezuela.

He also created his own television documentary series Willie's Wonky Chocolate Factory and Willie's Chocolate Revolution.

The products use only single estate cacaos and Willie's sources beans from his own farm and directly from other farmers around the globe to create chocolate in small batches in a factory in Devon.

“I'm delighted that my journey has now brought me to Australia,” he says.

The products also contain only three ingredients: cacao, natural cocao butter and raw cane sugar.

“Flavour is king. The best tastes always come from fine ingredients that are not mishandled or contaminated,” says Harcourt-Cooze.
