Baskin-Robbins Australia has relaunched itself in the ice cream cake category with a new Signature Cake range.

The launch of the range follows the re-accreditation of its franchise stores, along with a training and cake decorating program for staff, who will now be able to offer premium and custom-designed ice cream cakes.

GM David Jordan said Baskin-Robbins evaluated and accredited each of its 88 Baskin-Robbins stores based on a specific criteria and staff members' ability to design complex cakes.

The stores will now offer Signature 'ready-to-go' ice cream cakes, which can be purchased for any special or celebratory occasion, and come in a variety of sizes.

The Signature range will also be complemented by newly designed and inspired Tuxedo cakes, which are made fresh in-store or can be custom-made.
