A stable probiotic that can survive harsh manufacturing conditions and is suited to cereal bars and a diverse range of other food and beverage applications is now available.

The product, LifeinU Bacillus subtilis CU1 (LifeinU BSCU1), is a highly probiotic bacterium for immune support with proven efficacy. 

LifeinU BSCU1 is manufactured by yeast and bacteria fermentation ingredients supplier Lesaffre Human Care, and is distributed exclusively by Hawkins Watts in Australia and New Zealand.

Because it is highly stable, LifeinU BSCU1 can survive extreme conditions such as harsh manufacturing processes, making it suited to a diverse range of food and beverage applications including cereal bars and hot tea, according to Hawkins Watts marketing manager Natasha Sabatier.

LifeinU BSCU1 is also compatible with most dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, lactose-free, Kosher, and Halal.
