GABS presents the International Brewers Collective

The GABS International Brewers Collective (IBC) is a new and exclusive night with global brewing royalty as we share experiences with some of the brightest minds in the craft beer industry.

The event is suitable for craft beer enthusiasts, as well as those in the hospitality or craft beer spaces. This industry gala dinner event will take place annually on the Thursday evening before GABS Sydney.

Each year, IBC will be inviting international guests from across the craft beer industry to share their experiences and wealth of knowledge with the best of Australia’s craft brewing network.

We are beyond stoked to have Steve Grossman from Sierra Nevada (USA) and Paul Jones from Cloudwater Brewing Co (UK) as our inaugural keynote speakers in what promises to be one of the most interesting evenings on the 2023 Craft Beer calendar.

Discover what plans these legends have in place for the future and hear what they believe the next big trends for the sector are.

Steve will share the Sierra Nevada journey, from a start-up in 1980 to a global sensation valued at over $1 billion, and the trials and tribulations along the way!

Paul founded Cloudwater in 2014. The brewery has constantly been ranked in the TOP 10 Breweries in the world, in the annual RateBeer awards, ranking as high as #2 in 2017. Having released over 1,000 different beers, Paul will share in-depth knowledge of how they achieved this success in such a short time and what makes their heavily hopped Double IPA’S one of the UK’s most sought after drops.

The evening will include laugh out loud moments with our live comedian, a Q&A session with Steve and Paul, great networking opportunities with fellow industry leaders, world class three course meal curated by ICC Sydney’s award-winning culinary team.

Tickets are $350. Book here.
