Foodservice Australia will be held from 10am-5pm Sunday 19 May, Monday 20 May and Tuesday 21 May at the ICC Sydney for three action-packed days.
 
Discover over 350 suppliers with food products to taste, the latest equipment to test, state-of-the-art technology, design ideas, beverage solutions and more. You won't want to miss all the live action chef competitions, expert demonstrations and free workshops. 

On the show floor, you will also find special features including Chef of the Year, National Restaurant Conference, Café School, The Sweet Spot, ACF Restaurant Challenge, ACF Chef Success Workshop, and the Aged Care Catering Summit.

It’s free to attend, however, this is a trade-only event and all visitors must be over 16 and work in hospitality or the food industry. Trade tickets are available here.
